What is concierge medicine?
Since its establishment in 2016, Novara adopted a model that allows you to get the high-quality care you deserve.
Some call it concierge medicine, or direct primary care, or subscription based medicine. But, to us, the label isn’t important. To us, the focus is always on your health and your goals. We’re working to rethink the way routine health care works, moving from a passive approach, to an active one.
Concierge medicine is simple. For a monthly fee, you get unlimited access to the care you need, when you need it.
You get more time with your doctor, so you can build a personal partnership that leads to better health outcomes.
In this approach, the focus is on actively pursuing wellness and working on preventing health problems before they arise. Over time, health care costs and the need for treatment goes down, and your quality of life goes up.Learn more about Memberships
Meet Dr. Hager
Since the moment I decided to become a physician, I set out to provide care for people in a way that made a real difference in their lives.
“Now, I’m right where I want to be—guiding clients, holding them accountable to their own goals, making authentic connections with them as people, and pushing the limits of what is possible in family medicine.”
A graduate of Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and the Lancaster General Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program, Dr. Hager is a board certified physician with over a decade of experience in family medicine. He is pursuing his MBA through the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, and completed a certificate program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In his spare time, you can find Dr. Hager cycling, playing tennis, spending time with his wife and boys, or reading about Elon Musk’s next big idea.
